Returns

Jesus Studio aims to accept all return requests as our priority is to keep our customers happy, however there are a few requirements for us to be able to do so.

• Items returned must be in their original condition with tags. Items not returned in this condition may not be refunded and will be sent back to you. For example if the garment is stained, without tags or has been worn/washed. All items will be inspected on return. 
• Our returns form must be completed fully and correctly. This can be found on the back of your order slip or hereLINK
• The item must be returned within 28 days.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please assure they are packaged properly and safely so they don’t get damaged on their way back to us!

Returns don’t have to be in the original box or bag, as long as they are securely packed.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.

We will refund the amount paid for the garment at the time of purchase, this includes sale items.

Delivery will NOT be refunded.

If you are returning an item for an exchange in size or colour the item must be in its original condition and the requested item for the exchange must be of the same value as the item you originally ordered.  

We are unable to exchange an item for a completely different product, we will refund you and you will have to place a new order.

Exchanges will be sent to the delivery address on the original order. 

If the item requested in the exchange is out of stock a refund will be issued.
